Wolkin Curran: Insurance Coverage & Surety Attorneys

David F. Myers, a partner at Wolkin Curran, specializes in the fields of insurance coverage, construction and litigation. In past years, Mr. Myers has practiced in various disciplines, including commercial law, employment litigation defense, tort defense and premises liability defense and has tried both jury and bench cases to verdict. In addition, he has represented and defended developers, builders, subcontractors and design professionals in connection with various construction activities and complex construction litigation. Mr. Myers has argued on behalf of clients before the First and Second District Court of Appeals and numerous state and federal courts throughout Northern and Southern California.

Mr. Myers received a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 1989. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola of Los Angeles Law School in 1996. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Francisco Bar Association.
