Daniel C. WelchDaniel C. Welch

Daniel C. Welch received a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, San Diego in 2001. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2004 and was admitted to the State Bar of California later that year. While studying at Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Welch directed the Hastings Chapter of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program offering free tax preparation assistance to low income families. Mr. Welch also was the President of the Hastings Tax Law Society, was a Board Member of the Business and Commercial Law Society and was on the editorial staff of the Constitutional Law Quarterly Journal, the oldest Constitutional Law Journal in the United States.

Mr. Welch joined Wolkin Curran, LLP in 2004 and specializes in construction and surety litigation.
