Jennifer L. Elowsky specializes in insurance coverage litigation. The first portion of Ms. Elowsky's career was spent representing and defending clients in personal injury, construction accident, employment discrimination, premises, automobile negligence, and various complex litigation matters. Since 2004, Ms. Elowsky has focused her practice on insurance coverage disputes. Ms. Elowsky has tried cases to verdict as second-chair counsel and has appeared in numerous state and federal courts throughout California as well as Michigan.
Ms. Elowsky received her Juris Doctor degree in 1999 from the University of San Diego, School of Law where she was a member of the San Diego Law Review. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Alma College, Alma, Michigan. She is a member of the State Bar of California, State Bar of Michigan, and the District of Columbia.
