Ms. Elowsky, a partner at Wolkin Curran, counsels and represents insurance companies on a wide variety of matters including bad faith claims, environmental coverage and construction defect coverage. Ms. Elowsky’s practice has focused on the analysis of general liability policies as well as pollution liability policies on a broad variety of complex, diverse and often sensitive claims including personal injury, asbestos, property damage, advertising injury, priest sexual abuse, and construction defects.

Ms. Elowsky is a member of the State Bar of California as well as Michigan and the District of Columbia and has tried cases to verdict in both California and Michigan. Ms. Elowsky is a member in CLM as well as the Bar Association of San Francisco and Queen’s Bench.

Ms. Elowsky received her Juris Doctor degree in 1999 from the University of San Diego, School of Law where she was a member of the San Diego Law Review and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Alma College, Alma, Michigan.
